Easy Returns

We want you to love your ThermoTrek gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 4 days of delivery for an exchange.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product
    is defective or incorrect.
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@thermotrek.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the simple return process.

Warranty Coverage

All ThermoTrek products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Our warranty covers:

  • Defects in insulation performance
  • Faulty lids, seals, or hardware
  • Manufacturing flaws in materials or construction

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading)
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or modifications
  • Lost or stolen products
If your product has a defect covered under our warranty, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Please email info@thermotrek.com with your proof of purchase and a photo of the issue.
